In the heart of Katonah's all-American main street, the sign out front says "Diner," but this isn't your typical diner fare. In fact, though Blue Dolphin is indeed housed in a stainless steel 1950s-era diner, inside it doesn't much look the part, either. In other words this is not the place to come for a grilled cheese sandwich or eggs over easy with hash browns on the side.
